Born October 23, 1976, in Peoria, IL, Pascal is one of four children raised by immigrant parents. During his first two years at Limestone Community High School, Pascal participated on the football and track and field teams; amid his sophomore and junior years, he showed his diversity by becoming a member of the speech team and joining the Graphic Arts Club of which, as a senior, he was elected President.

Upon graduation in 1994, he attended Illinois Central College for a year. He then decided to travel the globe and lived in Paris, France, for six months. From there he traveled to his parents’ homeland of Lebanon, where he spent another six months. When he returned to Peoria, Pascal worked in a number of different print shops in the area, unsuccessfully trying to “find a fit.”

Restless, he then moved to Dallas, Texas, where, for almost a year he worked in yet another print shop. Not at peace, Pascal once again made his way back to Peoria and started learning the sales trade. In 2001 he applied for and accepted a job as a sales representative at Royal

Publishing. At last, what do you know, “a fit was found.” For the next five years he worked in the sales department before being promoted to Sales Training Manager in 2006. Three years later, in 2009, Royal Publishing opened a branch in Bloomington, IL, and Pascal was promoted to the Bloomington Branch Office Manager.

After many successful years in Bloomington, he was awarded the "Kerm Mullis Memorial Sales

Manager of the Year Award for 2014, and in June of 2015, he became the sales manager of the

Peoria sales office. Since that move to our home office, he was named the Sales Manager of the Year in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2022.  For the years 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2022 he also won the sales manager’s award for the highest percentage of increase from the previous year. His team has broken branch sales office records numerous times since he has been managing the Peoria sales office, and according to Pascal, he is not done yet.

Pascal has two children and currently lives in East Peoria with his wife, Tonya. He enjoys going to any live music event and any outdoor activity such as camping and hiking. He has been a member of the ITOO Society in the Peoria area for over twenty years, continuing to celebrate his heritage.

Come apply to work for Pascal in the Peoria office. It is his fondest hope that he may find people with similar stories who are just trying to “find a fit.”
